What a $1,000 website includes
By Kaylee Dalke
Website prices are all over the place. I wanted mine simple, so here's exactly what $1,000 gets you.
A free mockup first
Before you pay anything, I build a mockup of your homepage with your name and your look. Don't love it? No hard feelings and no bill.
The whole design and build
Love the mockup? $500 down starts the build. That covers:
- Every page your business needs, with no page limit
- Your words: you give me the basics, I write it in your voice, and you approve it
- A site that works great on phones
- A contact form or your booking system, hooked up
- Your phone number up top, easy to tap
Set up to be found
Every page gets its own title and description, and your business details are set up in the code Google reads. Nobody can promise a ranking, but you'll be set up right.
Unlimited edits before launch
I send you a preview link and check in every day or two. We keep going until you love it.
Launch, and the other $500
When you're happy, your site goes live and the other $500 is due. No hourly billing.
The deposit holds your spot and covers the design work, so it isn't refundable. That's why the mockup comes first.
30 days of free fixes
For 30 days after launch, I fix anything that isn't working right and make small tweaks, free. After that, you edit it yourself, or bigger changes get a quick quote.
It's yours
Your domain, site, and words are all in your name. Want to edit things yourself? I'll set up a simple dashboard and walk you through it.
What's not included
- Your domain name, usually $15 to $25 a year, bought in your name. I'll help.
- Photos. I use the ones you already have.
- Bigger changes after the first 30 days, like new pages or a new look.
Most small business sites I build fit on free hosting. If yours needs a paid plan, I'll tell you before we start.
Your website answers questions and tells people how to reach you, even at midnight when you're off the clock. Want to see yours? Start with the free mockup. It's the easy part! Or see every step first.
