Hi, I'm June
Our family has farmed the same quarter section south of Cottonwood since 1911. In 2020 I kept back ten acres of soft white wheat, bought a stone mill and started baking for the neighbors.
Now the bakehouse is the old granary by the road. The flour is never more than a week old, and you can see the field it came from out the back door.

Reserve by Wednesday night and your order waits on the shelf by the door with your name on it. Pay when you pick up, cash or card.

"We drive in from Grangeville every Friday. The sourdough is the best I've had outside of my grandma's kitchen, and the huckleberry pie sells out by ten."

Four miles south of Cottonwood on Butte Road. Turn at the yellow sign and park by the granary.

Not bread, it's best the day it's baked. Bags of our flour ship anywhere in Idaho for $8.
No, sorry. Everything here is wheat, and the whole kitchen is dusted in it.
Yes, with two weeks' notice. Dinner rolls, pies and sandwich loaves for up to 150 people.
