Pine Creek Quarter Horses · Halfway, Oregon

Fall production sale

22 head, raised and used on the ranch

Weanlings, yearlings, started two-year-olds and three proven broodmares sell at the ranch in Pine Valley. Every one was born here and handled from the first day.

Bred to work cattle and gentle enough for the kids

Wes started Pine Creek in 1994 with two mares and a blue roan stud he bought at a Baker City sale. Thirty years later we keep about twenty-five broodmares and three stallions on 600 acres below the Wallowas.

Our horses gather cattle on forest allotments every summer, so they learn hills, water and brush before they ever see an arena.

We sell what we raise once a year, at the ranch, with nothing held back. If a horse is in the catalog, it's for sale.
