Who we are
We design warm, lived‑in rooms for real families and real budgets.
Syringa is a small design studio in Moscow, Idaho. We work on farmhouses, new builds and everything between, mostly across the Palouse and up into the Clearwater valley.
Most projects start with one room that isn't working. We look at how you use it, keep what you love, and fill in the rest with old pieces and good lighting.

Meet Nora Whitfield
Hi! I grew up in a drafty farmhouse outside Genesee and I've been moving furniture around ever since. I opened Syringa in 2017 after ten years of helping friends one room at a time.
I love a good estate sale and a client who isn't sure where to start.
